If you placed an order and you're not satisfied, you can ask for a return within 14 days after the order's delivery.

• Fill in the return form including all the requested information.
• Once tha request has been sent,if it has been approved, you'll receive a confirmation email with instructions and further steps to follow.

Arav Srl reserves the right to reject returns of items with missing labels and/or defects and of orders paid with return coupons.

In case of return of damaged items, you will not be charged of any return fee.
If the return is requested by the user's choice, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund.
