  • SIZE OR COLOR I PREFER ARE NOT AVAILABLE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

      If there is an item you like but the size or color is unavailable, you could select them and click on "Subscribe to know when the product will be again available". Enter the required data below.

  • I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ALL ITEMS PURCHASED. WHAT TO DO?

      If you did not receive any mail comunicating partial order receiving before delivery order date, please contact our customer care at customercare@silvianheach.com .

  • I RECEIVE FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS. WHAT TO DO?

      If you receive faulty items or a different one for what you select, we will handle a refund for article mentioned and shipping costs as soon as package is received and checked.
      For return procedure, please enter standard return procedure here written, selecting the correct reason.

  • IF I PUT ITEMS ON SHOPPING CART, WILL THEM AUTOMATICALLY RESERVED?

      No because we are not able to guarantee that an article could be reserved or should be available.

      At present you can make purchase on line in all europian countries and in many extra UE countries. The list of Countries where we deliver is continuously updated.

      Shipping and billing details

      It is possible to insert and modify shipping and billing details in your personal page at any moment or during and after order conformation.

      Shipping multiple addresse

      In your personal account you can add more than one address, you need to assign one of the addresses entered in the shipping address and one (also the same) to the billing address.You can change the associations any time you want.

      If you have received email delivery confirmation, please verify through the tracking number if your order has been shipped out and if necessary request consignment proof to the courier.
      Contact our Customer Care for any problem and information.
      If the deadline for delivery has been expired and you have not received shipping confirmation, please contact our Customer Care using our mail customercare@silvianheach.com

  • DELIVERY INFORMATION

      Your order will be shipped within the first working day available for orders placed before 11 AM. Delivery takes place within the next 48 working hours, depending on delivery area.

  • HOW DOES DELIVERY SERVICE IN ITALY WORK?

      We will send you an email informing you that your order has left our warehouse and will provide you a link to track your shipment.
      We are constantly committed to meeting the delivery times, but during the most demanding periods (including Sales), the timing may change slightly.

  • DO YOU DELIVERY ON FEAST DAYS?

      Unfortunately, we can not deliver on national feast days or during weekends. In these cases, parcel should be handled and consigned on the first working day available.

  • ARE DELIVERY POSSIBLE INTO WORKING ADDRESS?

      We can deliver either at your home address or at your job address: you have only to enter it during purchase phases.

  • HAVE YOU RECEIVED RETURN ITEMS?

      It may take some working days (excluding weekends and feast days) so that your return is received from the warehouse and properly registered.
      Once all this has happened, we will send you an email within one working day, to confirm return receiving and refund completed.
      All refunds will automatically done on the same payment method used to place the order. In case of orders paied with cash on delivery, the amount will be returned by bank transfer. In this case please comunicate us IBAN and SWIFT CODE sending us an email to customercare@silvianheach.com.

  • SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT BE REFUNDED

      Normally we refund amount paied for items and not for shipping costs, except for orders received with faulty items.
