In order for goods to be returned, authorization must be requested.

 

REGISTERED ACCOUNT

If you have made a purchase from your registered account, you must send the request from your account page within 14 days from receipt of the order:

access to your account and go to the section “My Orders”

select the order you wish to return and click on “View order”

check the details are correct and click, top right, on “Request Return”

fill out the form that appears, specifying in the notes which article of the order you wish to return, and if you prefer to receive a refund, change the item or create a store credit to be used for future purposes.

 

NOT REGISTERED ACCOUNT

If you made the purchase as a visitor to the site, or without accessing your account, you must, withing 14 days from receipt of your order, access the Request Return section:

fill out the search form with the details requested, which you will find in the e-mail order confirmation

check, in the order that will appear, that the details are correct, and click, top right, on “Request Return”

fill out the form that appears, specifying in the notes which article of the order you wish to return, and if you prefer to receive a refund, change the item or create a store credit to be used for future purposes.

 

CONTINUATION OF THE PROCESS

Once it has received the return request, if approved, Eurostep Srl will send the Customer written confirmation by email, containing all the instructions to follow. Below the same instructions:

Once receipt of the email approving the return, go to “Eurostep Srl”,  from your account or using the link in the email itself.

Click in the top right corner on “Print Label”, fill out required fields and proceed by printing the label. In this way you will print the label to be attached to the package containing the merchandise to be returned. The label printed will automatically contain all the necessary data and the number of return authorization (R.N.A.), that has to be obligatorily attached to the package to be returned and is needed for acceptance of the warehouse.

Eurostep Srl riserve the right to refuse returns unlabelled and authorization number (R.N.A.).

Once shipped the goods, you need to log in again in “Requests Return” (from your account or from the link in the approval of the return) and click “Shipping Confirmation” to notify that the goods you want to return has been shipped.

Eurostep Srl reserve the right to refuse returns sent without having completed the procedure of confirmation of shipment.

In case that the return has been done because of a production defect, the return shipment cost will be sustained by Eurostep Srl, and it will be refunded to the consumer. 

In the case that the return has been done for goods that do not have manufacturing defects, the shipment will be charged to the customer

The goods can be returned, not changed.

Suggestion: if you wish to change the size of the item you have purchased, you can make your request asking for a store credit that you wil be immediately able to buy the same item of the desired size.

Items must be returned to the Headquarters of Eurostep Srl within 14 days from the return request.
